Terms and conditions governing your use of VELscopeShop.com and purchases made through our store.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VELscopeShop.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated by ahVanguard, a division of Perch Equity Group (“VELscope Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
VELscope Shop is the authorized online e-commerce channel for VELscope oral cancer screening devices and supplies. All products sold through our Site are genuine, factory-sealed, and carry the full manufacturer warranty. We are not a gray-market or unauthorized reseller.
All product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Site are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product availability is subject to change and we do not guarantee that any product will be in stock at the time of your order.
Products designated as “Coming Soon” (including the VELscope Mantis and associated accessories) are not yet available for purchase. Joining a waitlist does not constitute an order or guarantee availability, pricing, or features of the final product.
All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is affected, we will notify you and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
By placing an order through the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard carriers. A flat-rate shipping fee applies to device orders. Shipping costs for consumable-only orders are calculated at checkout. For full shipping details, see our Shipping & Returns page.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing for international orders.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. Consumable supplies that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@velscopeshop.com within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All VELscope devices purchased through VELscope Shop carry the full manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms are established by the manufacturer and are identical to warranty coverage provided through any authorized distributor. We do not provide any additional warranties beyond the manufacturer warranty.

VELscope products are intended for use by licensed dental professionals and healthcare providers. VELscope is an adjunctive screening and visualization tool and is not intended to be used as a standalone diagnostic device. Users should follow all manufacturer guidelines, training protocols, and applicable clinical standards when using VELscope products.
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product photographs, page designs, and graphics — is the property of VELscope Shop, ahVanguard, Perch Equity Group, or their respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
VELscope® is a registered trademark. Use of the VELscope name, logo, and related marks on this Site is authorized. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VELscope Shop, ahVanguard, Perch Equity Group, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VELscope Shop, ahVanguard, Perch Equity Group, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
