All orders ship from our authorized fulfillment center within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. We ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations.
Shipping rates: A flat-rate shipping fee of $45 applies to device orders. Consumable-only orders may qualify for reduced shipping rates. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.
Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return window.
Eligible returns: Products must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. Consumable supplies (VELsheaths, VELcaps, Mantis Shields) that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a return: Contact us at info@velscopeshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide return shipping instructions and process your refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All VELscope devices purchased through VELscope Shop carry the full manufacturer warranty. VELscope Shop is the authorized online retailer — your warranty coverage is identical to purchasing through any major distributor.
Warranty period: VELscope devices are typically covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
